I love football season

As a man, i love sports. Mainly football. Its the first sport i was really introduced to as a child and ive loved it ever since. I prefer NFL, but if theres a college game on, i might watch it.

There's just something about the start of the NFL season that makes me feel....good. Lol. Like i know fall is upon us and Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming, lol.

Anybody else know what i mean?

I totally know what ya mean. Once football season rolls around, it's a totally different feeling in the air, aside from the cold. But yeah, I totally love football season.

On a side note, that also means that winter is getting closer and any mods to my car will have to wait til warmer temps come.

I never much cared for football. I understand it, and I can get into a game if I feel like it... but I never set time aside to watch one. Even the superbowl... I go to parties for beer and food.

I'd rather watch baseball, even though I don't follow that religiously either.

Just not much of a sports guy, I suppose. Baseball and football are all I can get into at all, though. I can't follow hockey, though I'd like to learn more about it. Basketball doesn't interest me at all. It's no better than tennis to me! (fun to play, but no fun to watch... and the players are obnoxious)

I know the eastcoasters are pretty hardcore baseball fans.

I dont usually set aside time for any games either. I'll watch the SuperBowl if i like the teams, but if not, im watching for the commercials, lol.

I hate baseball and basketball and those are about the only sports i watch. I can watch a nascar race or two, but thats pushing it.

I'm 10 minutes from Philly, so technically, I should be fanatical about the Eagles AND the Phillies. The Sixers and Flyers only get attention when they're good.


Eagles fans are about as fanatical as Redsox fans are in Boston. We riot. We hurt Giants fans. We have RVs painted green with the logo on the side. We'll chant E-A-G-L-E-S at just about any event.

You havent spenty enough time in the locker rooms, I havent either, Im just saying. They do play like men and hit hard. Last night game had no kissing but im found that amusing when I googled it .

getting a slap on the butt doesn't hurt as much as getting slapped on the back. I think if people started doing the good game pat on the back, it would sting a little lol.
