anyone use them before? there new here and aparantly they have good signal here. i'm just wondering if i could use a AT&T Phone with Sim card?

i got the $50 bux a month boost mobile plan but i know i can't use it because boost and at&t are totally dif. but idk about their page plus cellular phones

cuz i HATE!!!! the boost mobile phones. and i wouldn't mind saving $10 bux a month for gas or something u know?

What type of phone do I need to use the Page Plus network?In order to use the Page Plus network you need to have an unlocked CDMA phone. For best results, a tri-mode or dual band phone is recommended

ATT uses GSM so you're out of luck. Even unlocked CDMA phones are rather hard to come by. There's not really a market for it.

EDIT: Companies that use CDMA include Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile....and that's all I can think of for nationwide carriers. I know there are other like Alltel.

AT&T uses GSM which is incompatible with CDMA.

Page plus does not use SIM cards if its on CDMA.


Unlocked CDMA phones are hard to find though... A Verizon, Altell or Sprint phone are all CDMA, but they won't unlock any of there phones for you.

I'd rather pay for the phone at retail price upfront than to be locked into a 2 year contract.

mom got one of these cheaper LG phones from page plus cellular since she needed a phone and we've activated using the 39.99 plan i see they have NO sim card and they probably use CDMA, so a phone would need to be unlocked for me to use them right? to use with page plus cell.

i like the service, it's not bad at all

and i seen on their website it's like 10 bucks to activate a phone from another provider and "$0" i think if unlocked

so i could use any of these unlocked cdma phones?

looked into it. no service in my area
and alltel and a few others i don't recall the names right now but yeah.

we got the biggg att/verizon/sprint/us cellular/ntelos ones and for prepaid boost, virgin, go phone, tmobile prepaid, verizon prepaid, net zero, ntelos prepaid, and page plus cellular.
