Ramadhan is here! Happy fasting!

I thought last year was better becuase we had sunset around 7- 6:30 .
This year it's not until 8 pm .

As long as you don't think about time , I think it's fairly easy.
I would work 10 -9 at the mall , so fast food never interest me, but in a few days I have to wake up early for college, no more sleeping late. Lol

as stated above, you not allowed to do those things during the month of ramadan( not that it's ok to watch porn and smoke in any other months).
This month is also meant to spend more time to recite the qur'an and understand that what is given to you ( such as food and water) should not be taken granted, but rather be thankfull.

Well, we ( my family) get to break our fast in 5 minutes. Be right back

I can say 80% of my factory workers and stuffs are Muslim.

but our productivity and output still maintain likewise.

yeah my friends do it all the time. a few years ago one of my coworkers had to stop fasting. he wasn't feeling very good after 9 days. i felt bad for him. But my younger friends lol, lets say that they can't wait to get home at 7 pm.

Yea, i'm super late on this lol. Ramadan Mubarak to everyone else, almost time to say Eid Mubarak lol. For all the people that can't believe it can be done w/o water, think of it like this. Our bodies act sorta like camels, when we wake up in the morning to eat before dawn, we drink a LOT of water. Your body will retain that water and keep you hydrated through out the day and obviously get rid of whatever excess you have.

Like Affandi said, it's tough at first, but then you get used to it. I've been doing it since i was 8. Now, it's just second nature. Ofcourse there ARE exceptions to doing it. Old people that rely on medication to stay alive, pregnant mothers (obvious reasons-kid needs food to survive lol), mothers that are still breastfeeding (again obvious reason- can't produce milk w/o food intake), women on their periods (because they aren't considered "clean" during this time((please no bad jokes about this one :-P )) ), kids under the age of puberty are all exempt. The pregnant women, breastfeeding women and women on their periods have to make it up afterwards.

For every fast you break "illegally" or that you do not keep w/o a legit reason, you have to make up by fasting for and additional 60 days (there are other exceptions to this rule, that's too much to go into here) above and beyond the 30 initial days. Oh, and i just found out the no sex part is JUST during the day while fasting, not at night :-D.

Tonight i'm going to my uncle's house, he's hosting a huge party. gonna be the best 1 1/2 hour drive to get there
