Video to mp3?

My girlfriend wants this video converted to mp3 so she can put it on her phone. Does anybody know how to do this, or would somebody be willing to convert it for me i'd appreciate it. Thanks for any help

what kind of phone is she trying to put it on?

most phones support 3gp format and mp4 . mp3 is for audio only . find a mpeg to 3gp converter on google

She has a nokia 5610 I believe...she said it plays videos though. I just don't know how to GET the video, like on my harddrive to be able to convert it.

well where are you getting the video from? limewire or something like that or youtube?
