theres a rapper that i like his songs but my mind is completely blank of his name and songs. all of his songs were about 4 minutes long and he raps in a story form .. i remember in one of his songs he says "ratta-tat-tatta and all the crowd scattered" . he won a hip hop hall of fame award about 2 years ago on vh1. anyone help me out here?
