but yeah. i got searched because my tag light was out. i should have said no. but i had left early purposely to get to work early so i can sleep in the parking lot for a little bit before i went in for the night(i work 10pm to 8am).
Damn that some fucked up hrs. I had to close (4-12) then open the next day (8-4), last week and that sucked. I've done it a few time but I hate doing it.
Hey sahdow I might be heading down near Kris this friday. translation: if I do ride that way get off your ass and get down there.

hey im not sure if this is only NYC but I just recently heard that there was a bill passed not long ago where they dont no longer need a search warrant to be all up in your car now. Is this true or is this just for NYC??? can anyone confirm.

Any I also realized that when i went up to the precinct to get 1 ticket dismissed the cops werent there. the cops said they dont work there and that they are special task force that deals with shit in goin after people. Unfortunately i was the wrong one i contacted their boss the captain which he was cool btw.

He also told me they had no reason to pull me over. You see the old-timers the ones that already been there are the ones you dont have to worry about. Its the rookies that you have to worry about because they think they are above the law.

And im sure you see them driving around with cellphones to their heads and doin other stuff like that. But that taskforce i mentioned before are the pbqs unit formally known as floaters that bounce around and rotate from precinct to precinct. They are the ones that get away with alot of shit I call em grasshoppers. They jump in shit and then jump on you then jump out to the next.

Here they need a warrant to search your car. But, if they ask you to search and you say "no", you better have plenty of time on your hands because they WILL get one. A friend of mine had absolutely NOTHING in his car to hide, but he still told the cop he couldn't search it. 3 hours later, another cop came with a warrant, then about 45 mins after that he was able to leave.

If you have nothing to hide, save yourself upwards of 4 hours and just let them search.

          Lol @ probable cause.

Simply put, it's your word vs theres.

If you guys are alone, and he calls you something racist and more -- you can't do shit.

I have a ink pen with a recorder on it in my car, if i ever get pulled over ill turn it on.

If a cop sees you are recording them they can take the tape from you. If you try to take it back they'll arrest you.

Again -- their word vs yours.

Cops get out of line a lot. I honestly feel like only 1% of them really just do their job.
