look all you need to do is push it infront of your house notify the police saying its been there for weeks and its pretty much on your property and ask for the owners number/information or they will call the owner and its a process mechanic shops use if a owner doesnt pick up a car in like a month then they are able to claim it and sell it for there own or keep it just ask the police about it

Call the local police and find out what the deal is on abandoned cars. A guy abandoned a Nissan in my yard and he didnt come get it after 45 days so it became my property and there wasnt anything he could do about it. I took it to the junkyard to trade for ALOT of wagon parts. In SC I know for a fact you can claim abandoned cars. I do not know the local laws in your state.
