I LIKE my first job, been there for like almost six years but I LOVE it because of my co-workers and the fact I know my job inside out and know alot more than most the managers. The pay is average for the type of work but I'm at a place in my life where I need more to support my family since the wife isnt working.
My 2nd job is ok, I really hate it in the sense that I have to call people, I'm a Student Advisor and help prospective students find schools and info on scholarship, etc but some people think we are telemarketers since we are calling them and I hate that part of it but the pay is also average and helps me pay my additional bills. The only good part about the 2nd job is that I met a guy who is an Exec (2nd in command) at a Insurance/Warranty firm and we became buddies and he basically offered me a job in his firm with a starting pay approximately $6k higher that my first job( we'll see how that works out
