so remember that story i told you about the guy crashed my motorcycle into someones car...when i was deployed and he wasnt supposed to be driving it...well he crashed into another vehicle...

i get this letter in the mail from some claims resource center

they say i have to pay 4,000 bucks...

i tell the guy i wast driving the motorcycle. He replied well the other guy said he is not going to pay so you are responsible. Plus you did not send out a stolen vehicle report. I was like i was deployed overseas im in the military. I was like Ok im going to talk to my lawyer.. and he said that i was being threating to him. To make a long story short i cussed him out...he was like im gonna push this button and then your license is going to be suspended when i do push this button.. something about an S form... i was like go ahead asshole push the fuckin button.. send the form dickface...

so now im getting back with the dude that crashed my bike to tell him he needs to pay this....which i had no knowledge of until like 4 hours ago...

according to the guy if he doesnt pay is it my responsibility? i didnt have insurance on the bike....

act like you just found all this out now, since you were overseas, and report that it was stolen, then returned.

sadly...yes...your vehicle...your responsibility.

However...since you were overseas and weren't able to report it stolen there might be something there.

Did you find out about the bike 4hrs ago or did you know he wrecked it before this? That is another issue...I dunno...you need a lawyer...very badly

i just found out about this collection agency like 4 hours ago... the guy paid the bike off .. but he never told me about this... not sweating it just needed a little clarification.
