What did they leave out?......Your not really gonna spoil it for me as i already know what happens haha....but if they really did leave out some vital shit im not even gonna waste my 20 bucks on this.....gotta pay for the wife to come too haha
and ya deev I know they have to leave stuff out as the books are fairly indepth.....but honestly as a huge harry potter fan I wouldnt mind going to see a 4+ hour movie as long as it didnt leave anything out......i know that would never happen cuz the majority of the people going to see these movies now have never really read the books so theyd just be bored.....but id love it lol

Very true. It'd be nice if they made the movie follow the book as exactly as possible, and cut stuff for the theater... then released the extended version on the DVD.
My friend just told me that the last movie is going to be split into 2 movies, as there's too much important stuff to really cut anything. We'll see if that's true.

HUDSON, OHIO (The Borowitz Report) -- A rabid Harry Potter fan took his life yesterday after inadvertently learning a plot spoiler from the soon-to-be-released J.K. Rowling movie, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince."
Jude Ralston, 32, of Hudson, Ohio left a suicide note indicating that since overhearing the plot spoiler at a shopping mall earlier in the day, "I no longer have a reason to live."
Family and friends who gathered for a candlelight memorial outside Mr. Ralston's house remembered a man who seemed to live only for Harry Potter - and wondered if they could have done anything to prevent his tragic fate.
"When Jude got that vanity license plate that said 'Hogwarts,' that seemed harmless enough," said Polly Clovis, who attended Model U.N. with Mr. Ralston while the two were in high school. "But when he started wearing that wizard hat around town, we really should have seen that as a cry for help."
According to friends of Mr. Ralston, the Potter fanatic had done everything in his power to protect himself from stumbling across Potter plot spoilers, even disconnecting his computer from the Internet and avoiding his favorite vintage comic book store.
Ms. Clovis said that she hoped Mr. Ralston's death would cause federal authorities to tighten the flow of Harry Potter plot information to prevent similar tragedies from taking place.
"In my heart I believe that could have saved Jude's life, even if he didn't have one," she said.

I wonder...If Jude was such a rabid fan, wouldn't he have known everything already assuming he read all the books?
I haven't seen much of the Potter films. I have read all the books, and I tend to stay away from movies about novels I like because they are never really the same.
I agree it's really hard to adapt a novel into a move, BUT Lord of the Rings did not disappoint me when I watched it (except for a couple parts, but no biggy).Always remember that only you can make your dreams a reality.
Never forget that your style is all that matters when it comes to your ride, but be respectful to others who don't share your vision.
