This insane contraption is considered EXTREMLY DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Supposedly it can hurt and or kill if used improperly. That being said we wont even consider you if you are not over 18, and will need to sign a diclaimer if bought, plus you should know something about electronics and geeky nerdy stuff. The plaque on the side reads something like this : Experimental Apparatus Monopolarizing Carbonic Ray. Honestly we've never seen it turned on but have seen a picture of it on and there was a blue lightning-type arc shooting out of it. We were told that it was only turned on one other time, by it's designer but that the lightning "fanned out onto the ground and scared the s**t out of everyone". Raygun or passage to another demension, there is no denying the artistic value. Hours and hours of woodwork and electronic creativity were spent designing and building. Stands approx 4 ft when extended, 3 ft in length and weighs 80-100 lbs. In photos some wires are not attached for saftey purposes.
