How'd you manage to drop weight so quick? Since i started up at the gym again i've only dropped about 7 lbs in a 2 month span... PM me any tips lol

800 calorie daily diet and nothing but water for hydration. Lots of fiber(wheat), fish , fruits and 45 minutes of daily exercise on the weekdays. Running to be exact. Still got a ways to go.

im lucky im half asian n stay slim without working out
but lately i think my metabolism is slowing down now that im getting older.. i felt some love handles coming on.. maybe its all in my mind.. i think i know how girls feel when they say they are getting fat going for a run in the morning!

Yea... since I moved to BK I put on 30#... I got down to 160 when I was biking heavily in 07, I'm now up to 200. Def. got some love handlage, but if I run regularly they go away.

I was between 185 - 215 when I played shooting guard back in the day, was squatting about 400lbs, at 5'11" I could dunk on you. Then I bulked to 265 for football and that fucked me up the older I got and when i got myself a desk job
I'll be back down to 250 soon and back to benching 300lb easy
