Need advice

So I "sold" my old car to my brother he promised to pay me the next weekend. It's been over two weeks now he won't give me money or return the car, he told me I have to come get it which he lives an hour away. I want to press charges on him saying he stole it or something he's a piece of shit. Is there anyway I can do this or am I fucked. I still have the title etc...Or will I just have to try an take him to court?

Look at it this way. You got off easy, it could have been worse. You got to see what kind of person he really is. Just get it back, dont press charges on family becuause it will never end and be more careful. One day he will regret it.

Well I scared him and told him I was gonna call the cops now he is appologizing. It definitley showed me how low of a person he is...Once I get it back I'll never make another mistake like that. Live an learn I suppose =/

I hope everything works for you. My old boss and her girlfriend just let someone borrow their car like two weeks ago and he never returned it so at least you know where yours is and who has it. All they know is this guys nickname and that he's black. I never knew they could be that stupid.

I wasn't there when it happend. I came by a couple of days later and found out. It was a friend of one of their friends and they were told it would be cool and everything. They had been partying more than likely and weren't thinking. I still wouldn't EVER let anyone borrow my car except for my parents. Now they had to file a police report saying it was stolen and the rest of the bs.

If I had a brother that fucked me over I would beat the fuck outta him but thats just me....dont do that though. If you were close to me I would come get you and take you to your car. I fucking hate people who screw others over. It happens alot around here.

See if you can find a cb7tuner member that lives relatively close, tell them you'll trade a ride down to get your car for some labor? that way it really doesn't cost you anything outta pocket.

If I were closer, I'd do it for some help with my car

you'll save a lot more time and money by begging someone to go with you or buying a bus ticket than you will trying to go through court. I say just go on and get it.
