for the price of a paint job you can get all the stuff that you listed. a pint job usually runs from 900-2000 dollars. get all the parts and stuff you want then go paint unless your car is a peeling mad house."you can catch me swoopin 4G coupin switchin lanes" haha haha.

I would either do the paint job or the springs/struts.
It all depends on what you want though.. make sure you have all the body parts for the car that you want so they can be painted when they paint the car.
What kind of wheels do you have? I wouldn't lower it if you don't have some 18's or something.
I'd say the paint job, but there's a huge difference from a paint job to the lowering. A good quality paint job is about $1,500.Adam - Retired OG member from '03

I know the owner of a paint shop he said he can do my whole car for 250 dollars, for a regular customer that paint job costs 800. But I really want some more performance, I have the infamous dual macaroni noodle exhaust right now.You have been defeated by a car with child locks, how embarassing...

He must be using really cheap paint.. nason base or something.
I spent $550 on my paint, with a 25% discount.. and thats not including the primer. So I would make sure he uses good paint like Dupont or PPG.Adam - Retired OG member from '03

Yes you did, read above. I would have to say suspension.
I would never pay less than $500 for the paint alone, just because you get what you pay for.
So, I would go with the suspension.Adam - Retired OG member from '03

Your paint looks pretty good.. some people get lucky and some don't.. but you see where I'm coming from. Paint and body work is based on the prep work and for $250.. I have my worries.Adam - Retired OG member from '03
