    dremels from harbor freight?

are they any good? they have a few online

    heres the cheapo for $9.99
    http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=94076

and one for $23.99, that's so called professional
    http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=40457

    and a $29.99 cordless one
    http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=92880

idk about the cordless i'm not a fan of cordless, but this one might to the job idk. i need to cut my fender to put in my sidemarkers and just need a dremel to have around for other jobs too. any of u have any of the following models and how do u like it?

i might also get one of those extra rotary accesory kits that come with like 200+ attachments for it it's only like $16 bucks

i looked at home depot, and other places and there prices are alot higher

    if it spins, itll work

if the attachments from a dremel work with that, they I'd say go for it.

if not, then I say get the real deal Dremel. finding additional attachments for the off-brand one might be a bitch.

the ones from harbor freight are junk. they dont last long. thats why i went out to home depot and bought a real one that still works 2yrs later.

i have the $10 one, it has NO torque and barely enough power to cut 2 sheets of paper, i only got it because it came free with attachments awhile back.

its just like their 19.99 cordless drills. It works but not very well. The batt. doesn't hold a charge for shit and it dies after like 15 min doing simple jobs. You get what you pay for is all I'm saying.

Any of the dremels mentioned above will work. What is not guaranteed is how long the dremel will last at high temps/revs. Most can't take 5 minutes of straight revving even at mid load.
