i downloaded the demo..its actually pretty cool. everything just seems smoother than the first, and you get "free roam" mode. of course i have like no money so i wont be getting it anytime soon

I'm in the process of getting a burned copy. My disc 1 just doesn't work right now, I'm waiting for my friend to get me another (hopefully working) copy of disc one, and I've already got disc 2. He says its a really interesting game tho. I'm looking forward to it.

yeah, im going to get it, i loved part 1, way better then SRS (shitty game), loved the graphics so i have to get part 2.

plus my son loves watching me play "Game" in his words, so i know he's gona enjoy it.
i also wanna know what music tracks they're gona have on this one.....part ones track were kinda hot.

its a really good game, alot of roaming the city involved. as far as music theres some rap (default set to play on menus) and some rock/punk that plays ingame. its a good game but ive had to stop because of Halflife2

anyone who likes cars should love NFS:U2

sorry to go off topic, but sothea_sun, how many games can you rip with that modded x box? I am gettin an x box soon, and just wondering how many games you can rip on it when its modded and how much extra does that cost?

the graphics might be a little better, but i was happy with nfsu1, so thats no big deal. what i really like is the free roaming feature. instead of just picking a race you get to cruise around and find one... as well as play cat & mouse with other racers.

so far ive only gotten regular cars, nothing out of the ordinary... except early on in the game you can get an escalade or navigator. a friend told me there will be 31 cars total, i just dont want to look up what theyll be. its a little more fun to discover them as they become available.

the sound got better though. at first i thought it was gonna be the same ol sound, but when i upgraded the turbo and exhaust on the civic i first chose, it started sounding alot meaner. overall im really enjoying it, hours go by and i dont even notice. i just gotta stop playing when i work the next morning... its really fuckin me up.
