    Thinking about going two-tone.

Cheap and quick, just something different until I finally do get the whole thing painted some day. It'll be translucent (like nyteshade) so it will look black, but where the sun hits it, the cappuccino will show through.

    (Ignore the fogs, they're gone.)

    Maybe in a satin finish

Nah, I'm thinking some ultra fine grit, a few cans of the paint and a few of clear. Spray it myself in the garage. It can't look much worse than mine does up close. The clear has sap etching, the hood was rosewood, but when it got repainted (before I got it) it never got cleared and it never shines (the best it looks is if I wipe it down with tire shine or wd-40). Maybe I'll just go satin black on the top.

Interesting. I've seen it the other way around, with black on the bottom, but never like that. The translucent idea sounds kinda cool. I'd be curious to see how that comes out.

Honda's aren't two tone cars in my opinion.

Why would two tone jobs specific to a certain car maker?

I still wanna do it, couse the curves of her ass just seemed to match the Cb....you know, evertme you touch it you wanna get in it?

just make sure the two paints are compatiable.

for instance, if you put a laquer on top of an enamel, you'll get a lifting effect you do not want. later.

Two tone is a different look to me. I don't know. It can look good on CBs. And there is a sick wagon that is two tone. But the style isn't typically my favorite on honda's.

Kinda like super deep dish wheels with poke aren't my kinda thing on honda's.

Kinda like how I wouldn't go rat rod style on a newer honda.

                              Just my preference.

I also wouldn't do it to this car at stock height and nearly stock looking. Just would look off to me.

Yes I know everything. Thanks for agreeing.
