yep sweet chili sauce really goes great with all kinds of meat.

I use it in combination with Siraiacha aka Red Rooster Sauce.

I like to mix it with a little soy sauce on brown rice.

MMM i like the rooster sauce as well

and if it doesnt go with something, I like to mix Siraiacha with ketchup to make it a spicy lil dip
