            OLD THREAD

I have been debating the same thing lately. I was always into Playstation, always said Microsoft was garbage, until I played Xbox. I play mostly shooter and driving simulation games. When I had a PS2 the only racing games that really caught my eye and I enjoyed were GT3 and GT4. A friend brought over his Xbox with Forza Motorsports and I was hooked. Forza sold me on Xbox.

PS3 costs too much for what I would use it for and the game selection just is not there. I would use it for gaming and maybe the occasional Blu-ray. Really dont have too much of a need for that being I own 0 Blu-rays and I only rent DVD's since they are cheap. I can download movies in Full 1080p right on my TV so I have no need to download blu-rays.

I am waiting on my next check and then there should be a modded Xbox 360 with Forza 2 hooked up to my TV.

The Wii is good for bowling and the old school Mario games that you can download (for a fee). I have had a Wii for almost 3 years and keep waiting for more Adult oriented games, like everyone is saying about the PS3, and it just is not happening. Maybe that's just Nintendo but I am pretty dissappointed in Nintendo for this one. It is clear the target audience for the Wii is kids and Bowlers.
