Do you guys get it all over your head? I've never had dandruf until about 2 years ago now. I'll get it in ONE small spot, around my left temporal lobe. It's really annoying. But it's like dry, thick layers of skin just fall off when I run my fingers through there(or scratch actually). It seems to go away every once in a while. But I've noticed a pattern. It flakes A LOT more when I'm super stressed. I've read and heard a lot that stress can make dandruff a lot worse.

Right now I'm using Selson Blue and it doesn't seem to help. I wash my head every other day or daily, depends on if I've been sweating or not.

The thing to keep in mind is that hair absorbs oil from the skin, so if your hair gets too dry, in many cases your scalp gets too dry. That is probably why reducing the frequency of washes and using things like conditioner help. I have noticed body lotion helps a lot too, because it keeps the rest of your skin more moist, which keeps your scalp a little healthier.
