It is 5 am rught now and I just got off work at 3:30. I come home and was on mine and my fiances myspace (yes we combined ours) anyways, i went to my sisters page because she left a comment on our and was seeing what my fiance and her are talking about. So upon scrolling through her comments I find my ex has left comments (no big deal since she added my ex so she could see pics of my boys growing up since I get them on the weekends only FOR NOW!!!!!) but back to the story, curious I click on her name. It loads up and theres all these comments from her low life friends talking shit about me so I click on one of their names and find out that my ex is telling all her friends that I abandoned my youngest son sunday (will put the story here in a sec) and all kinds of shit. 
So the sunday story goes like this... I have my kids on the weekends until monday morning. Now this particular weekend I was asked if my youngest trevor could go to a bday party of a classmates. Being the father I am who wants the most and best fo his kids, I say yes. Son then I get told when it is, where it is at and what time he has to be there. So thats that. Well sunday rolls around, I ask my ex if she can pick him up from this party because I had to be to work a 5pm and it wasnt getting over til 4:30pm (i have a 35 min drive to work) she agrees and its dopne. I get a text from her around 3pm saying she wanted the clothes the boys had at my house that were hers and I told her they had none here that were other than what they wore on friday. So then she texts back and says she wants this shirt that I bought my youngest when he started preschool 2 years ago because she didnt want my step son to wear it (soon to be step son). She starts going off about how he (my step son) is fucked up and she doesnt want him wearing it. well I have an open harassment case against her psycho ass and i told her multiple times NICELY through texts I was turning the texts over to the police. So she keeps up saying Im a dick and a dumbass and so forth. I called the police station and reported it and an officer came to the house and talked to me. He asked me to bring my phone down so he could copy the texts down and contact her about it. I took the phone down and he copied them, made me write out a statement and then went and called her to see if she would confess to the texts. She does but starts telling the officer that I was sending nasty harassing replies to her (which is a COMPLETE LIE!) and he comes back and basically tells me there is nothing they are going to do about it. This is the 6th or 7th time we have turned her in for harassment and other various crimes she has committed yet they do NOTHING!!!! So anyways, I get out of there at 4:40 and take my youngest son to her house to drop him off. I get there and tell him I love him and I will see him next friday. As I am getting into the car she starts yelling about I left my son at the b day party and didnt pick him up and how Im a bad father. Well helloooo tard you agreed to get him and all your worried about is sitting on you fat ass and hitting on your husbands friend (no surprise considering what I went through with her). So anyways, I was furious but being that I have only been at my job for 3 weeks I had to get to work. I then call DHS and report her for abandonment. They call me back and say there is NOTHING they are going to do about it and that if they did they would charge us BOTH. WTF?!?!? I explained to the lady that I had a text from her agreeing to pick him up and I had to be at work at a certain time and that I cannot miss work because I am new there. She still acts like a bitch. So then I text my fiance later and have her contact the officer that took the statement and see if anything got done (after her and her husbands friend started yelling shit I called that in also) he said he would report it to the lieutenant who started the case and he would contact me. Well 2 days and NOTHING.
What the hell do I have to do to get justice??? I pay my child support. I spend every chance I get with my kids. I have a CLEAN criminal record (unlike hers) and this is the justice I get?!?!?!?!?
Im seriously ready to just take it into my own hands. We are in the midst of a custody battle but the court date is not until july 23rd and im pissed about that. I mean if the police who are sworn in to protect and serve wont do shit then what other option do I have???
