Is the questions part of the pageant judged on popularity of response, or grammar and dictation?
I always thought it was more of a character test. But it was supposed to be based on a test with harder limits and objective measurement. IIRC, this is the part of the pageant where they prove they are not just a pretty face, so to speak.
