I do foreclosure inspections. I knock on doors representing the law firm that is representing the mortgage companies. So basically, I'm the guy the people talk to FIRST when they're about to lose their home. And they don't expect me... so yeah... that's fun.

I work in northern New Jersey, because the guy that does the southern areas won't share. Plus, the amount of work up north is considerably more... property values are less down here, and the areas are less populated.

I do 8 counties: Hunterdon, Warren, Morris, Sussex, Somerset, Union, Hudson, and Bergen. I'll sometimes venture into Middlesex, Monmouth, and Passaic.
NYC is right next to Hudson... so that's actually only about halfway up! When I'm at the highest point, I'm about 3 hours away from home. I live in Gloucester.
