It's Essex, Middlesex, and Sussex. Not Roughsex, Hotsex, and Goodsex...

I grew up in Camden County... but Gloucester is a LOT cheaper. We're not paying all the bills for the city of Camden! Property taxes suck in Camden County because of that damn city.

The people I talk to should already know who I represent. However, the firm requires a 1 week turnaround time from the date I receive each assignment, and I often beat any paperwork they send... To make things more fun, they don't permit me to give out anything with their name or phone number on it... so I have a business card with my name, "occupancy inspector. independent contractor for law firms and mortgage companies", and an email address that I never check.

I've had to out talk lawyers and real estate agents, out-run guidos, intimidate guys taller than me, console crying Vietnamese ladies, and convince police not to arrest me because I don't have a Private Investigator license (which I don't need, because I'm not conducting any sort of surveillance)
              I love my job.

Sucks about the crash don't look like much damage done though so it might not cost you that much.
