Definately not a dick move. I remember when I was living in the city (ghetto side) there were some hispanic folks about a half a mile from me blaring mexican music. It was sooo fucking loud I heard it from a half mile away. This was crimmus eve now and like 2 in the morning. I got fucking mad because my windows are rattling from music a half mile away so I called the cops....because odviously I didnt wanna get shot up by some dumb ass illegal alien to put a cap in my ass for telling them to turn the music down. I called the cops. COPS DIDNT DO ANYTHING but my old shotgun did. I know this is immature but My neighbors are standing their back yards pissed off wondering what the fuck is going on. Well I woke one of my friends up from down the street and we rode by there and I was outside the wagon window shooting my shotgun in the air as we sped the fuck by. I have never in my life seen so many hispanic colored people run so fast in my life. I aint gonna lie I was soo scared they were going to shoot back but im pretty sure I made the city of west columbia happy. Sorry that may sound fictious but beleive what you want.....


Moral of the story is...you had all the right to call the cops. Partys dont have to have loud music and bullshit like that. Ive had a ton of partys at my house and I have never once had the cops called on me. Everybody deserves peace and quiet!

WOW, this topic turned into shit real fast. Who cares how you would handle the situation its YOUR situation.

I know here the cops would drive by and keep going if they were called because they are nothing but ignorant rookies (ALL of them) that are their for the arrogance and power trip. I would have called them first and if nothing happened I would have gone over and took care of it myslef. I also have 3 kids that live with me and I dont want them up all night because some kids want to throw a party.

I have my fair share of get togethers (not parties) and we dont have blaring music and people acting stupid. We stand/sit around and drink and play pool. No harm no foul.
