First, we called them and were told we needed to fill out an email complaint. Then, we were told to call. We called a few times with no answer. Finally got a hold of someone and were told to take pics but that they were going to send a new engine.

Not quite sure if he's gonna have to pay for shipping, but that is most likely the case. It's just taking forever cus they gotta go through some process and crap.
