    R.I.P to my cb

    Well I think she's gone I started her up yesterday and heard this loud clicking noise in the motor I had oil In the car and I didn't throw a rod so I dnt kno wat to do I was thinkin I might take the oil pan off to see wats wrong any suggestions

    so did u check the oil? how does it look?
    Was the car sitting for a long time? so many questions....

      I can't really understand what you're saying...

      Clicking in the motor could just mean you need a valve adjustment. Or any knocking could be something as simple as a loose sparkplug wire.


      Plus, even if the motor is shot, a running F22A can be had for $200-$300... not exactly bank-breaking, even for someone with limited funds. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than scrapping the car and buying another one!

        Yeah...the car isn't anywhere near R.I.P. untill the unibody is bent/damaged. You can ALWAYS put a new heart in to it.
