transmission help!!

saomeone please help me... this is on a 98 sunfire GT and thats why its in the OT forum... i just replaced the transmission and i put everythingback in the way it came out... i started it up here not too long ago and the clutch is completely backwards in it... when ya push it in, it disengages... and when i let it out it engages... i have tried my lines, the slave is good... clutch can't be put in backwards... im at a complete loss right now

ugh f uck, can anyone help me? i need this car by friday night and ive talked to tranny specialist, mechanics and none of them have ever heard of this

yeah i prob said it backwards... i typed in a hurry... when the clutch is pushed tot he floor... its engaged and the wheels turn... when the clutch is let out, i can change gears as quick as i want without a grind, and the wheels don't turn.. same as a normal car would do if the clutch was to the floor

irs feasable... cause its what is happening now..

and yes i did bleed the system.

is the sunfire's setup the same as an accord?
