start up problem

[PR CB7]

well here we go

car: 91 legend v6
problem: crank, no start
coil-over plug (no distribuitor)
engine was washed (car was off)

notes:
everything has been blowed dry, and has been sitting for a day

new working main relay, inyectors are spraying, sparkplugs are good

now the interesting part:
every coil is sparking (screwdriver to ground)

spark plug connected with the coil, theres also spark
feels like theres only one or two cylinders starting
(the was a few back fires)

the only thing i havent done is check resistance in the coils (dont have voltmeter)


thoughts:
coils got fucked when they got wet, and are creating a weak spark

suggestions?

sounds to me like you have pinpointed the problem, but thats just my assumption

yeah
i just want somebody to tell me that is a little wire behind the muffler bearing
or that i have to tap the valve cover 3 times and sing halleluya before i start

im just dissapointed in myself right know
the first car that has had me pulling my hair, and who would have tought it would be a "91 honda"
