i found it in a 91 accord sedan , i picked it up along with other things but i dont know what it is

That's the brain, the shock sensor....the pigtail (green/blue) I bet was for the (-) door lock trigger in the driver kick panel. You need the MAIN HARNESS (with the molex plug), REMOTES.....it's almost easier to just get a cheap avital alarm or something.
