ok long story short, a guy hit me who didn't have insurance, so i settled a claim in court and i won. he's agreed to pay me $50 a week.. not a big deal to me, but this is where it gets fishy, he requested to see proof of my payment for my car repair (first off all, i wasn't planning on getting the car fixed, its just a dent and i was going to pocket the money) is he able to request that? wouldn't it legally be my money to do whatever with?
