I got this game (well, the reservation for it) LAST March for my birthday! Bah... Ah well, good things come to those who wait. It had better be freekin unbelieveable! And with CB7s... and the 3G hatch.

How did you confirm this? I need a little proof. Not that I say you lie, I just want sources. Anyway, I had heard that online support was cut and I knew this made many people very angry. If they have all this extra time now, I will be expecting more cars. More more more. You can't have enough in my opinion. Even add little crappy ones that no one would race so people can race and upgrade their daily driver. I've always wanted to be able to that!

what do you mean you need names? i'm trying to tell you what i know about the game since i work in the industry. i guarantee i know a lot more than most about anything video game related past and present.

I read it on IGN when I posted this thread... still not confirmed 100% though. However, I believe the delay is real... It's too damn close to December 14! There are NO commercials on TV, NO ads in magazines... I mean, this is the BIGGEST racing game to date. They would have been advertising for months if it was really coming out in 10 days!

i hope no one buys it when it comes out if it does in march, then they will see that them pushing the game back more and more is just ***.. if it's something they have to fix in the games.. then have all their game programmers fix it.

this whole moving games and movies back is getting old.. seriously.

He's not into the GT series much, but he's really into gaming in general... and he has friends who are gaming fiends. They know all the little secrets, so perhaps they're right about this one.

If I see my sony vendor soon, I'll try to remember to ask. There aren't really 'secrets', if you ask someone who knows they'll tell you what they know. Sony vendors get it straight from sony. And they get free games! Sounds like a decent job. In fact she can get anything ps2/1 related for free, but she has to give it back when she's done.

Probably cause they don't really know. I've had customers say "...so and so from this other retail chain says its out so and so date..." but the person they got it from is pulling it out of their ass. Best to wait and listen to sony. They are the only official word. Everything said before them is just speculation.

I'm looking at retailer sites... Wal Mart has it set for Feb 2... PriceGrabber has it for Feb 15...

03/05 on Playstation.com though, and I suppose that's the most reliable source

gt4 wont have online race mode, they cut that out due to synconization issues. for you gt4 fans you can find gt4 prologue on many game import websites. its really fun and theres quite a few missions.

speaking of gt4, logitech has a dope steering wheel that has a 900 degree wheel rotation with a gran turismo license. its really cool.

and yeah, being the playstation rep would be awesome. they get free games and shit and always get to try everything new for free.
