I would snow blow at 6, I don't really like my neighbors. Never talked to them, they're weird. And yesterday when I was snow blowing in the afternoon, I did the portion of their sidewalk from my property line to their driveway. The dude came home just as I was finishing and didn't even wave or offer any thanks. I'm thinking about stopping at the property line now...

Oh yeah the OP - I wouldn't do it before 7 am. Call your local precinct and ask them. Most cities have noise restrictions that might cause you trouble.
