I love searchin' craigslist, don't get me wrong. But damn does it put a hurting on the emotions. It's like "800 bucks for 93' accord 5 speed manual. 160,000 miles. RUNS GREAT!!!". Then, 3-4 spaces of bullshit, then.."Needs Engine".

              T'was a simple email:

"has a f23 from a 99 accord motor with only 88,xxx miles reason sellin cant get the tiltle but its not a stolen car can prove with the title 500 obo"

How can you prove that it's not stolen from the title when you don't have the title?

I was browsin' for another Cb. Finally found one though, and it's another "was driving it, then it shut off". Most likely an easy fix. Igniter, etc. it's a 5 speed, decent body. Typical rust spots are blackened (above rear wheel well), so seems like somebody did some work to it. Only 600 bucks. I just e-mailed him for 500. Female needs a car, so I might give her mine. But she'll have to attend meets, or she won't get shit. I just came across that post, since Baltimore's where I used to live, that's about 10 minutes away from where my dad's at. haha

^^ that happened to my first accord.

it was an easy fix. back then though, I didn't know anything about fixing my car so off to the shop it went.

There's a shop right down the road, that does work for 28 an hour. I took it in Friday to see what was wrong with mine, since it was shaking really bad. To find the problem, get the axle, and install it, 147 bucks. I dropped my car off, and then picked it up 3 hours later. Not sure if I should get a dolly and tow it back to my house, or try to fix it right on the spot. The engine coulda blew up? Or just have a simple fix. Either way, it's a 5 speed. If the engine's blown, I'll just swap the 5 speed onto my car. My tranny's slipping a little. Gonna try and change the fluid probably Friday. damn snow.
