same way here....granted our drinking age is 19 and not 21 so theres not as big of an age difference till its legal

but I used to get hammered before dances when I was 16.....Actually had a few buddies get caught....all they got was suspended from school and a ticket....nothing more

Man thats fucked up yet true. You knew the situation at hand by hangin with certain people gettin yourself into that perdicament. Its called guilt by association,well you gotta learn by it.

If you know a situation is bad and if gives you an uneasy feeling if your with that person get out of there and keep it movin. You gotta discord yourself from those kinds of people straight up. Thats why stopped hanging around certain people.

When you hang with certain people who are low class and some shit go down 9times outta ten youll go down with them just for being around them. You need to be around more responsible people.

My boy got caught with a gun in his car I knew he had it as soon as he wanted to go and pick up his girl i told him drop me home first. He couldnt so i walked he called me up from jail i was like oh shit good thing i got out of there. I had a gut feeling and i was right.

yea good points thanks for the nice response man shes reall special like for real i feel sick ever since i heard her crying to me last night after the ordeal, we cant even talk her phone got taken away, i have had a constant headach and stumach ach ever since last night, i cant stand this feeling , i wish i would get the worst punishment for her to not punished u no , i just want everythign to be back to normal.

This is why I was one of those cool kids that didn't do this stuff at school events. wtf were you thinkin. Sposed to just sit out by ur car and talk to all ur car friends till the shit is over then go to a party afterwards and do your drinking, you know, not at school.

if i were you, i would go to the parents and explain to them.

but minus the excuses...i would man up and take responsibility for your/there actions.

appoligize to them for the mistakes you all made and let them know you are serious.

maybe you will get lucky and they will appreciate your honesty and allow you two to see each other again. if not you have to respect it...

yes i told her to tell her parents my thgouthts and they are pretty understanding, they let me talk on the phone with her for a while last night , that was reall nice and we had a long good conversation,
i think everything may be ok after all

work on not getting caught.....plus if your gonna drive dont hve any. IF you dont drive get fucked up but hold yourself together. Always ditch the bottles before you get to the school.
Always refuse the blow test and say you will have a blood test. That gives you hour or 2 .

He drank at a house prior to going to school.
His friends then stayed in the parking lot at school and drank more.
