in savannah, kids are caught all the time.
ticket and go home. pay the ticket, no big deal.
no license reovking or anything.

Doubt it. Anything over.0001 is intoxicated for ANYONE UNDER THE LEGAL DRINKING AGE. Whether you are driving or not, in the eyes of the law you were intoxicated since you are not of legal drinking age. It really is that simple.Originally posted by 91accorddxbuds View Post

yah well here in WISONSIN if a underager blows 0.02 or lower, they dont even count it, but i just had the alch "in my possesion" yah the just suspended me for 3 days and gave me a fat 300 dollar ticket,
is it smart for me not to rat everyone out, they said they would have dropped it to 175.00 if i would of ratted everyone out, but im not that type of person so i denid it

despite that, you knew you shouldn't have drank and drive, AND have it on school premises - if you do, gotta respect fact that you may end up paying for the consequences.

Yeah, it was a pretty bone headed thing to do and now you have to deal with the consequences. Next time I bet you will be a little more cautious in what you do and think it through a little better.
Lesson learned I take it?3 CB's gone....

a coworker who's underage also was caught speeding and his mother had the judge restrict his driving for just school and work.Comment
