ok so im benjie and im 16 years old, so me and a few friends go to a school dance last night and they are all drinking beforehand, i took a sip of some drink but i wasnt trying to drink and drive. so we get there an a few girls stay in my van to drink some more, while i go inside the dance with a few guys. Everyone get in there and its all going great untill my school princlipal grabs me and throws me into his office.
he tells me they search every car at every dance , and asks if i had braught anything illegal. im like fuck i tel him yea there may be some alch. in there and i addmit to having it but not drinking it caus ei didt.
he says ok and the basterd breathalizies me .
i blow a .01 and later a .02
so of course he writes down the .02
i dont get how 1 sip cud do this to me

well anyway he tells me to tell him and the cop that was now there everything from the whole night and everyone i was with.
i told him i am not saying jack shit.
so they are scrambling around the dance trying to question and find people here and there, while im sound asleep in his office.
like 3 hours later they got like 8 kids i was all with so im like o fuck.
most of them blew under 0.02 so they are free to go , and me and my g.friend she blew .05 are the only ones stuck with tickets
hers is 172.00 3 days suspention i just feel bad that her parents are going to not let me and her talk anymore, and thats tearing me apart.
mine was 292.00
i got 172.00 for blowing a 0.01 o i mean a 0.02! and the other money was for OBSTRUCTION i guess, for not telling them anything?
isnt it my right to not tell on anyone?
well i guess i saved many peoples asses and made my authories run aroudn and work dam hard for that 292.00
