Im going to check this car out tomorrow, i offered $2600. Is it worth it, what are details that will tell this cb had the od messed with and he's lying about the mileage ?? The car looks clean as fuxk. OPINIONS please?

is that what the KBB is on it? even after 18yrs? I know the mileage is low and all but the age really comes into play at this point, not to mention he said its got a couple dents, so the body isn't flawless. idk, that would bug me if I had dents....but everything else seems to be ok.

yes and too low of miles isnt good either... like 26k low.

oil change records would be a tell tell sign, see if any records are available.
