Bit Torrent is my choice. I get all my stuff from suprnova.org
Kazaa Lite is useful for some things, but not great.
I hate IRC, but whenever I use it, I cheat and go to packetnews.com. I just search for what I want, click on the link (which opens MIRC) and paste what I need to download. I really do need to learn to use MIRC more!

I'm still a diehard WinMX fan. I always hated Kazaa, could never get many results on Limewire, and don't have the time to learn IRC.
Haven't really looked into BT
