    Dang. My goal for this term is to gain 15 pounds, That would put me at about 225-230ish

              My motivation comes from within and I want to compete in a lot of martial art competitions this year. I dont want to get big, all I want for now is to cut my body fat down to about 10%, which will drop my weight quite a bit and then gain it back in muscle. I just bought a spinner bike for my house and that's my main tool right now to cut back the body fat, but I'm also lifting to keep up my strength and I am sticking to my diet really well. But I dont want to get BIG because I really have to maintain my flexibility.
              But I am really considering supplementing with creatine because I am not a big guy, never have been and I do want to increase muscle mass. I'm 5'10 and I used to weigh 170 before I started training hard in September, now I'm down to 158 and I still need to cut that down about 9lbs and then get back up to 165, which is the weight I would like to compete at, so I'm thinking creatine will help with my weight training and help me gain a little more mass.
              Also I am changing up my routine, I found a good site ExRx and I am going with some of their advice and switch things up a little because I have been keeping to the same routine and I guess muscle confusion is a good thing.
              I just find it hard sometimes to train my legs because I train in TaeKwon Do 3-4 days a week and when I train my legs in the gym, I cant train in my martial arts because my legs are dead, the only thing I can do is train them once a week

                ahh felt good today .. I have been rehabbing my shoulder that i tore and today I did my max on bench 3 times. So iI pumped up the weight 10lbs and did 2.5 more. (new max since i hurt my shoulder). Hopefully i can back to my old max before I got hurt.

                  Went to rugby practice for the first time of the year. Dear goodness I am out of shape.

                    thanks lol Yea man ugh if i do get cleared to play football even though iv been running and lifting its still gonna be terrible lol Its so different being football/rugby shape lol

                          man i need to get to workin out again after all this talk..

                          in highschool i played baseball and i miss the workouts bad
                          i was 5'8" 190lb
                          bench-405
                          squat-600....i was a catcher
                          leg press-1000+2 people sitting on it
                          my 40 was 4.4
                          i could dunk a volleyball
                          i miss those days

                          4 months ago my bench max was 350lb so i didnt drop that much in three years i guess but it was depressing plus im fat now...but i do know alot about working out,diet and supplements so i think im about to start back in the next few weeks

                                Injured my shoulder/collar bone at the second practice for rugby and haven't been able to lift for two weeks.
