Handling or horsepower? Right now im not worrying about horsepower a whole lot and im focusing on suspension. I plan to purchase a Progress rear sway bar. Any comments? experience?

depends on what you want in long run, but suspension is where i would start.
car wont be any good with all power and 20 yr old suspension bits.
smoke tires, not drugs. -
