i work with autocad on a daily basis usually. i dont get into to much difficulty in drawings. the only thing thats a pita is xrefs. when the person before you saves the xrefs all shitty thats when it sux.
i mainly do asbuilts, electrical room layouts, general design diagrams (electrical), i dont get into much actual drawing of mechanical/structural pieces. i mostly work in a 2D field.
like stated, get a comfy chair.

It's not hard after you learn what most of the controls are you'll be fine.
This is something i drew for the fun of it. I've also drawn a bunch of other logos and stuff. I've only been drawing for about a year and a half.
