im puttin in a stroked 2.8 and later when i can afford to im going to body dropit and bag it but thats 5gs so i gotta keep savin ill get there sometime motor and int. to come early 09

Why are you strokin' a 2.8? A newer 4.3 would probably give you more power cheaper, and more reliably.

Plus, parts are easy as HELL to find for a 4.3

well the 2.8 stroked is only 200 more than a rebuilt 2.8 and im not wanting to spend that much on a conversion right now also i dont need more than 200 hp in this thing just dont want a putt putt mobile looks good and moves along nicely. plus if i wanted to be like everyone else i would do that.

Find a or build a Cyclone 4.3. Boost baby!! i went for a ride in one before and they are str8 nasty! i also been in a V8 swapped S10 and that had way more power. The worst part of your project will be the body drop.Nice project man
