    28,000 mile CB7

Found this on Acura-Legend.com, a CB7 with 28,000 original miles on it for sale on craigslist.org for $5,000. Pretty neat if it's true. Link.
Description of ad: Here's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, this is a true 28K mile 1 owner 1992 Honda Accord EX. The car is in near mint condition both inside and out. The car is ready to be driven cross-country. It must have been garage-kept because it looks near flawless. The interior is in perfect shape with no soiling or stains at all! The exterior is solid as well, the only blemishes are a couple nicks on the right door. Other than that, it's just about perfect. It's an EX so it comes with all power options, keyless entry, cruise, sunroof, and AC and heat. This has to be the nicest one around! Call (215) 681-3190 or Visit our website at www.ivyauto.com

Yeah a few A-L.com members pointed out that most of the rubber etc. is probably worn from time.

definitely. even the rubber moldings look aged.

if the ad is valid, those pictures aren't doing the car justice. they're really blown out; and with such a low resolution, the images make it seem dirty and worn.

cars like these seem to pop up every now and then. there are definitely quite a few out there.
        My pictures/photos will return soon...

I did a carfax, according to the report. It actually had 13,525 miles on it in 1999 when it was taken in for a state inspection in New York.

I imagine who ever owned it was probably an older person and may have not driven it for much of the time he or she may have owned it.

There was an older lady who owned a really mint DX coupe that she only drove to and from the store.

She now has a newer 08 Civic which is a really nice upgrade as well. I imagine she got a really good trade in value on her coupe though.

28k is good on the interior parts but the engine is prob. going to need all new gaskets and flushes for the coolant, oil, brake fluid, etc. if it wasn't maintained. Stuff like that goes bad after like 3 months for oil and if coolant sits for a long time......well I know what dealing w/ that is like lol. My H22 sat for 2 yrs and it was chunking up inside the T stat.

So i'd rather have a car that was driven periodically rather than a car that has THAT low of mileage on it.
