    what do you think off

    of the cordless impact gun. i have seen more and more of my mechanic friends using them...... but is it work it some of the $150 or more?

    Snap-on ftmfw man they are awesome but way more than 150 somewhere around 400-550.

      Ive used the craftman one for construction. Works good on sheetmetal.

        used a 14.4v dewalt, works pretty good.

        that one is around 250 dollars.

          yeah i know. i am looking for deals on e bay and on amazon. i have found some deals where they cost like $99 but i don't know how good they are.
          what do you guys think of this?

            so are you a mechanic like your mechanic friends? id personally just stick to handtools and save the hundred dollars.

            like for me, id bring it to an auto-x or trackday. so id need something to at least take my wheels off.

              no not really. i just saw some deals, that is why i am asking. i didn't know how good they're going to be. plus on top of that i am kind of a tools freek. i want to buy whatever tool makes my life easier to fix my car whenever its needed.

              its either that or i'll put another $200 and buy an air compressor from craftsman and i do believe they include a few tools too lol.....

                my bad, i meant air tools, lol. id go with air tools, the electric impact is mainly if you are on the go.

                  speaking of air tools how much does it cost to fill a tank up and how long will it last? been very curious about that for a good while now

                    Air is free. How long the air lasts depends on the size of your tank..i.e: smaller tank, less air.

                    I have both electric(makita 18v) and Air Impacts, the smaller one is awesome for interior, body, and some engine work, but for the big stuff there is no substitute for air...except leverage.

                      i am looking at the craftsman 33lb air compressor. $300 on black friday or $350 on regular days.... and i think it does include air tools.
