I made a McGangbang myself. I was too much of a puss to ask for it, though... so I ordered the sandwiches separately and assembled it myself. I ordered the McGangbang DIY kit.

Affandi, do you have Double Cheeseburgers and the McChicken on your menu? If so... you get that burger there. The McGangbang isn't actually on the menu (the concept of a gangbang really isn't restaurant-menu friendly!)
