Help getting my speakers to work

when you reformatted the hard drive you lost the drivers to the speakers.. you downloaded the new/correct drivers and problem solved

no i understand that.....what i dont understand is why when this morning i downloaded the exact drivers and had a confirmed install it didnt work.....then letting it sit for a few hours made it work lol

probably had to restart for the drivers to fully load
