No its like this in court in order for the people of the stagte of NewYork vs you the defendant. They have to have a supporting deposition as to why you are guilty.

Now say for instance i go and they convict me but they werent clear and precise on what i had or may have done and i actually have to pay that ticket. And its not true you can bring them to court if you have a strong case.

So in order to prevent that and go through all the hassle by having a lawyer to get at the court system its more than likely the the people of the state of NewYork=courtsystem will drop the case.

Honestly I think that while him and his partner was too busy pulling up my recent priors with the last car.

I had the honda they wrote that up and perhaps looked at the computer and filled in the wrong shit to busy talkin instead of paying attention to the task at hand and screw.
