A website is bound by the laws in the country where the server is located. It is not, however, bound by it's rights. A server is private property, whether you physically own it or lease it.
For example, a website owner can bear no legal burden from a user being banned for ANY reason. If the site owner barred a user from returning for simply not agreeing with that person, that person could not do a thing about it, legally. The server is deev's property, so what he says goes. Freedoms are not applicable in these cases.Comment
