            The link didn't work for me when I clicked on the click here thing, maybe because I'm on my cell.

            I work for DHS and I have to deal with every form of attitude known to man on a daily basis. I've just learned not to let it get to me.

            If there was a calm/anger meter glowing next to my head while I deal with people you would see is pretty much set on the calm side.
